01What LumenRadar does
LumenRadar turns a focused question into a traceable public-source intelligence report.
- Collects relevant public information from approved routes.
- Keeps source context and evidence beside each finding.
- Separates facts, judgments, uncertainty, and limitations.
02How to submit a request
Describe the question you need answered and the decision the report should support.
- State the topic and intended use clearly.
- Add a public target URL when it helps define scope.
- Do not submit passwords, private data, or confidential credentials.
03How to read a report
Start with the decision summary, then inspect confidence, evidence, and limitations.
- Supporting evidence strengthens a conclusion.
- Opposing evidence records credible contradictions.
- Uncertainty and limitations show what the report cannot prove.
04What sources are allowed
The workflow uses accessible public sources and records source limitations.
- Public webpages, news, repositories, RSS, and sitemaps may be used.
- Login-only, private, or restricted content is not treated as public evidence.
- A source may be excluded when access or quality cannot be verified.
05Review and delivery
A report remains under review until a human checks the evidence path.
- You can follow request and report status in the workspace.
- A reviewer may request more context or additional evidence.
- Customer-ready delivery happens only after the review decision.
06Support
Questions about a request or report can be sent to [email protected].
- Include the request ID when asking about an existing report.
- Use a new request for a materially different question.
- Your workspace keeps the latest status visible.
