LumenRadar uses manual review and manual quote before any paid scope or delivery.
Report requests collect the submitted email, optional company/project, industry/topic, request text, urgency, budget range, consent flag, and timestamps for manual review. Do not submit passwords, private dashboards, customer lists, tokens, payment data, or sensitive personal data.
LumenRadar is a human-reviewed request workflow. LumenRadar may accept, reject, clarify, or quote a request after manual review. Submitting a request does not create automatic delivery, automatic payment, or a guaranteed report.
Reports are evidence-based analysis aids. They do not replace legal, investment, accounting, medical, security, or other professional advice. They do not guarantee accuracy, rankings, revenue, conversion improvement, or complete live-source coverage.
Reports can only support claims that have traceable evidence. Unknown, blocked, stale, conflicting, low-confidence, or unsupported findings must be labeled as limitations and cannot be presented as proven business conclusions.
If a manual quote is accepted later, cancellation, refund, and scope-change terms must be confirmed in the manual payment instructions before work begins.
