LumenRadar accepts public-source report requests for manual review. This policy explains what information we receive, how we use it, and the boundaries that apply to the public service.
Information we receive
The public request workflow is limited to information needed to review scope, reply manually, and prevent abuse.
- We may receive your email address, request details, and the public URLs or business questions you include.
- We may receive technical request metadata needed for security, reliability, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
- Do not submit passwords, access tokens, private dashboards, payment data, or sensitive personal data.
Use, retention, and disclosure
We use submitted information to operate the manual review workflow and communicate about a request.
- Request information is used for manual review, follow-up, service operations, and abuse prevention.
- We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.
- We do not sell submitted personal information. We disclose it only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect the service and its users.
- Report requests do not create automatic payment, automatic delivery, or public MCP access.
