Policy

Clear rules for credits, review, billing, and API safety.

This page keeps beta limits and access rules in one place so the homepage can stay focused on product value.

Free

Free credits policy

Free credits can be used for low-risk self-service checks such as SEO scan, URL intelligence, and sample report review. They are not a promise of advanced report access.

Usage

Credits usage

Live self-service tasks spend credits when they run. Review-created requests do not spend production credits before approval and scope confirmation.

Review

Review-gated advanced tasks

Advanced report, Amazon, watchlist, high-cost research, and similar workflows require source, cost, and plan review before use.

Billing

Manual beta billing

Paid beta access is manually reviewed. Submit an upgrade request, wait for support confirmation, then the operator applies plan and credits.

API

API key safety

API keys are issued after review. Store keys in a safe secret store and do not paste keys into public chats, repositories, screenshots, or support tickets.

Quota

What happens when quota is exceeded

The request is blocked with a clear quota response. Add credits, lower the scope, or request a reviewed upgrade before retrying.

Payment does not automatically unlock advanced tasks. Access depends on plan, credits, source authorization, review status, and cost boundaries.

  • Refund / dispute / failure handlingContact support with the task id, plan, and expected outcome. Failed runs, disputes, refunds, and corrections are handled manually with explanatory records. For beta access, billing questions, API review, or support: [email protected].
  • Self-service vs review-requiredSelf-service checks are low-risk tasks available inside the account. Review-required work covers higher cost, broader scope, sensitive source boundaries, or custom report expectations.
  • Advanced examplesAmazon analysis, watchlists, high-cost briefings, and advanced reports should be treated as reviewed work unless support explicitly confirms otherwise.
