1. What we collect

We may collect account email, authentication provider identifiers, session cookies, credit and usage records, task inputs, task results, Custom Brain request details, browser and security logs, and support communications.

2. OAuth and human verification

If you use Google or GitHub login, we receive basic account information such as user ID and email from the provider. Email signup may use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce abuse and automated free-credit misuse.

3. Public web task data

When you submit a URL or task, LumenRadar stores the task input, result, source URL, fetch time, confidence notes, credit usage, and related metadata so the report can be reviewed and exported.

4. Custom requests

Custom Brain and industry intelligence requests may include company name, contact email, target market, industry, monitoring needs, and operational notes. These requests are reviewed before production monitoring is approved.

5. How we use data

We use data to provide the service, authenticate users, prevent abuse, calculate credits, generate reports, improve quality, troubleshoot errors, review custom workflows, and communicate about account or service issues.

6. Sharing

We do not sell customer account data. We may share limited data with infrastructure, authentication, security, analytics, payment, or support providers when needed to operate the service. Payment processing, when enabled, may be handled by a third-party payment provider.

7. Retention

Launch-stage accounts, task records, usage records, and custom requests may be retained while the account is active or while needed for security, billing, dispute handling, service quality, or legal obligations.

8. Your choices

You may stop using the service, avoid submitting sensitive content, or request account review/deletion by contacting LumenRadar support. Some operational records may be retained where needed for security, billing, or abuse prevention.
