Terms of Service

These are launch-stage terms. They are not a substitute for legal review before enterprise sales, large-scale paid traffic, or regulated-industry use cases.

1. Service scope

LumenRadar provides tools for public and authorized web intelligence, including reports, source-backed task outputs, free credits, reviewed API/MCP access, and custom intelligence requests.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, submitted tasks, and use of results. We may require email, OAuth login, human verification, usage limits, or account review.

3. Allowed use

You may use LumenRadar for lawful public or authorized data workflows, business research, SEO review, reporting, custom monitoring requests, and approved integrations.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the service to access private accounts without permission, bypass paywalls or login controls, collect sensitive personal data without a lawful basis, spam, harass, violate platform terms, overload third-party sites, or market LumenRadar as an illegal bypass service.

5. Free credits

Free credits are promotional, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be limited, changed, revoked, or blocked for abuse prevention. Free access does not guarantee availability, speed, data completeness, or permanent access.

6. Plan gates

Free accounts can use the live self-service tools currently offered in the app. Paid, API, and Custom Brain access may unlock additional request paths, but advanced workflows remain subject to source, cost, compliance, and quality review.

7. Results and accuracy

Reports may contain errors, missing fields, stale data, blocked pages, or low-confidence signals. Customers should verify important results before business decisions, outreach, legal, financial, or operational action.

8. API and MCP access

API/MCP access is approval-controlled. We may apply keys, rate limits, concurrency limits, credit limits, logging, revocation, and tool-specific restrictions.

9. Custom work

Custom Brain, industry monitoring, and enterprise workflows require written scope and may be quoted separately. No custom workflow is accepted until source scope, delivery expectations, pricing, and compliance boundaries are reviewed.

10. Changes and suspension

We may update tools, plans, pricing, credits, limits, or policies as the launch-stage product matures. We may suspend accounts or tasks that create risk, abuse, excessive cost, or policy violations.
